Carrying stress is a part of life. Thankfully, the less you carry the healthier and easier it becomes. Stress, fear, feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious are indicators that we need time for ourselves, we need to decompress, see the bigger picture, and make a change.
In Mindfulness coaching, we coach you to identify triggers that are causing stress, sit, and learn how to take control of thoughts and take back our minds from fear, anxiety, and depression. Through this process, we provide mindfulness and meditation techniques to manage symptoms of stress.

I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation since I was 17 years old. It helped me manage my anxious mind. Over the years, I've explored various types of meditation, presented in local, national, and international counseling conferences on
the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
These practices are beyond, "sit and breathe". I've honed my skills in developing mindfulness techniques that work with everyone, in any situation.
I am certified in Hypnosis, which is another form of mindfulness meditation. And completing my certification in Mindfulness and Meditation Teaching.
